General shipping policy

All our products are made in small batches, sometimes we make the product when you order it. This is why we may not ship your product straight away. 

- For Classic candles and diffusers our average dispatch time is around 2 days from the order. 

- For bespoke candles our average dispatch time is around 5-7 days.

- Home decor range dispatch time can vary according to the order, it is usually written in the description. 

- Accessories and soaps are usually dispatched same day. 

Normal estimated Delivery time is 2-10 business days *Domestic shipping*

Normal estimated Delivery time is 1-3 weeks *International shipping*
